Be intentional about the perceptions people have of you. If they aren’t accurate, or if the signals you are sending do not portray you as you really are, change them. Your own self-perception should integrate closely with your cause and purpose—the Why. If the messages you send out are authentic and honest, people will perceive you as one with your cause.

If the Why is your cause, then the How is the set of guiding principles that enable you to achieve your purpose and cause. Often people mention the traits of trust, honesty and integrity when describing just how they achieve their purpose. We will cover these traits in our next Business Booster Byte.
